Service Description
Perfect for beginners, potential members, and visitors, a daily practice includes one two-hour club practice during normal hours of operation (Sundays 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Tuesdays 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, & Thursdays 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm). Includes access to all four coaches in the facility, all three runways in the facility, and the entire pole collection in the facility as well as our weight lifting and gymnastic equipment. All vaulters are required to submit a registration form and safety waiver in order to participate. Redeem upon check-in at the Flicky Stick Pole Vault facility.

To cancel or reschedule a Daily Practice, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.
