Flicky Stick Pole Vault proudly offers 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day pole rentals. With over 400 poles available, athletes can choose from various brands and sizes from 10-foot poles to 16+ foot poles including ESSX, Spirit, Fibersport, Pacer, Skypole, Altius, and our pole brand partner, Dynasty!

POLE RENTAL POLICY
Flicky Stick Pole Vault offers 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day pole rentals. All pole rentals are handled during normal hours of operation at the Flicky Stick Pole Vault facility unless otherwise arranged with a member of the FSPV staff. Poles are available to rent on a first-come-first-serve basis. A pole rental agreement and safety waiver are required for rental, as well as an online member account.
All pole rentals, purchases, and buy-outs can be paid by cash, check, or credit card. Payment is due at the time of pick-up. Poles are due back to FSPV immediately at the end of the rental period.

POLE RETURN POLICY
All pole returns are handled during normal hours of operation at the Flicky Stick Pole Vault facility. Pole rentals are due back 2-3 days from the day of rental for a meet pole rental, 7 days from the day of rental for a 7-day pole rental, 30 days from the day of rental for a 30-day pole rental, and 90 days from the day of rental for a 90-day pole rental.

If the due date of the rental falls on a day outside of normal hours of operation, arrangements must be made with a member of the Flicky Stick Pole Vault staff to return the pole outside of normal hours of operation.
PICK-UP & DROP-OFF POLICY
Pole rentals must be picked up and dropped off at the Flicky Stick Pole Vault facility during normal hours of operation unless otherwise arranged with a member of the Flicky Stick Pole Vault staff.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Sundays 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Tuesdays 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Thursdays 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Additional charges will be applied to the credit card on file for any poles or equipment dropped off outside the facility and left unattended. Should the pole be lost/stolen due to improper drop-off outside the facility, the full replacement cost plus shipping costs will be charged to the card on file.

POLE SWAP POLICY
All pole swaps are handled during normal hours of operation at the Flicky Stick Pole Vault facility unless otherwise arranged with a member of the FSPV staff. Poles of the same length range can be swapped as needed during the rental period. Should a renter like to swap their pole rental for a pole of a different length range, additional charges will apply.

For example:
Any pole within the 10' to 12' range can be swapped for another pole in the 10' to 12' range. However, a pole in the 10' to 12' range swapped for a pole in the 12'1" to 13'11" range would incur an additional charge for the difference in rental cost between the two poles.

SUBSCRIPTION & LATE FEE POLICY
Meet Pole Rentals
A meet pole rental is a 2-3 day pole rental available to club members with the purchase of a Seasonal Membership. Meet pole rentals are free, so long as poles are returned by their due date. Should an athlete fail to return his/her pole by the end of the rental period, the rental then becomes a 7-day rental, and the credit card on file will be charged $35/week until the pole is returned. Should the payment fail for any reason, a late fee of $35/week will be due upon returning the rental pole/equipment.

7-Day Pole Rentals
All 7-day pole rentals are on an automated subscription. Should an athlete fail to return his/her pole by the end of the rental period, the subscription will renew and be charged to the credit card on file until the pole is returned and the subscription canceled. Should the payment fail for any reason, a late fee of $35/week will be due upon returning the rental pole/equipment.
30-Day Pole Rentals
All 30-day pole rentals are on an automated subscription. Should an athlete fail to return his/her pole by the end of the rental period, the subscription will renew and be charged to the credit card on file until the pole is returned and the subscription canceled. Should the payment fail for any reason, a late fee of $35/week will be due upon returning the rental pole/equipment.
90-Day Pole Rentals
All 90-day pole rentals are on an automated subscription. Should an athlete fail to return his/her pole by the end of the rental period, the subscription will renew and be charged to the credit card on file until the pole is returned and the subscription canceled. Should the payment fail for any reason, a late fee of $35/week will be due upon returning the rental pole/equipment.
If a pole is not returned within 30 days of the due date, the credit card on file will be charged the full replacement cost of the pole including shipping in addition to the previously charged subscription and/or late fee payment(s). Should the payment fail for any reason, an invoice for the amount due will be sent to the email address on file. If payment is not received within 30 days, Flicky Stick Pole Vault shall seek to enforce all of its available rights under applicable law to collect the full amount owed.

DAMAGE & NEGLIGENCE POLICY
All poles will be inspected upon return. Any damage to the pole/equipment will result in a damage fee of $75 up to the full replacement cost of the pole/equipment. If a pole is returned broken, the credit card on file will be charged the full replacement cost of the pole including shipping in addition to the previously charged subscription payment(s).
