Flicky Stick Pole Vault is Georgia's only publicly accessible indoor pole vault facility. Located in Cartersville, Flicky Stick caters to vaulters of all experience levels from across the country.

Beginner Lesson

Interested in pole vault, but have little to no experience? Book a FREE beginner lesson and learn the pole vault basics from our head coach, Hunter Arnold!

Private & Group Lessons

Looking for one-on-one pole vault instruction or private small group instruction? We offer 60-minute private lessons and group lessons with our head coach!

Club Practice

Prefer a large group practice setting? Book a package or membership and join us for club practice on Sundays 2:00-4:00 pm & Tuesday/Thursdays 6:30-8:30 pm!

Home to over 300 vaulters, Flicky Stick caters to athletes of all experience levels from across the country. With monthly and seasonal memberships, private lessons, and in-person track meet coaching, Flicky Stick offers each of its vaulters a personal and productive experience.
